These Terms of Service govern the automated tool used by Birds, Bugs & Botanicals ("we," "us," or "our") to publish content to TikTok via TikTok's API (the "App"). By using the App, we agree to these Terms.

The App is an internal, automated script that generates and publishes original nature-themed photos, facts, and short videos to the Birds, Bugs & Botanicals TikTok account. It has no public-facing features, accounts, or services, and is not made available to third parties.

2. Use of TikTok API

The App connects to TikTok solely through TikTok's official API, in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. All content posted through the App is original content owned or licensed by Birds, Bugs & Botanicals.

3. No Public Accounts or Access

The App is not distributed to or used by the public. It has no login system, user accounts, or interactive features for third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content posted by the App, including images, videos, and text, is owned by Birds, Bugs & Botanicals unless otherwise credited. Reuse of this content without permission is not authorized.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and the content it posts are provided "as is." While we aim for factual accuracy in the educational content we share, we make no guarantees of completeness or accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birds, Bugs & Botanicals is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App or reliance on content it posts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
